Adhesive Routing Clip ARC by Eurotech is an innovative adhesive based harness/bundle routing device. ARC routes and also secures cables, harnesses and tubes and reduces sheet metal holes and edge clips during vehicle manufacturing. Additionally, it attaches itself to bundle and is secured with a super strong adhesive for permanent fixation to many surfaces. It’s made of a composite material that resists stretching and tearing, while also providing superior strength. How ARC Works: ARC Installation to Bundle
Step 1: Firstly, place ARC beneath harness, with adhesive side down.
Step 2: Secondly, wrap tapered end around harness and fully insert into V-Slot.
Step 3: Additionally, pull both sides in opposing directions until neck properly seats in H-Slot.
Step 4: Lastly, rotate ARC to proper position on harness bundle, and pull snug.
How ARC Works: ARC Installation to Routing Surface
Step 1: Firstly, with ARC properly positioned on bundle, remove liner from slotted end and affix adhesive to routing surface, applying firm pressure to entire adhesive area.
Step 2: Additionally, remove liner from tapered end.
Step 3: Lastly, pull tapered end firmly to ensure ARC is tight around bundle, and affix adhesive to routing surface, applying firm pressure to entire adhesive area.
Note: Minimize finger contact with adhesive during installation for best results
